For the purpose of precisely marking the perimeters of designated scenic areas, the competent authorities may dispatch personnel to public or private land for survey and measurement. Written notice must be served to the owners or users of the land prior to taking such actions.In the event that the survey or measurement mentioned in the preceding paragraph causes damage to crops, wood or bamboo, or other objects on the ground belonging to the owner or user of the land, compensation shall be made.
