Act for the Development of Tourism Article 15
The central administrative authority may apply for the requisition of private land within designated scenic areas. If such land is publicly owned, the central administrative authority may apply for the transfer of use according to the law, or the development and utilization of such land in cooperation with the authority managing the land.
