Regulations for the Administration of Hotel Enterprises Article 26
A hotel enterprise and its employees may not engage in any of the following acts:1.Pestering a lodger,2.Imposing excessive charges on a lodger,3.Forcing a lodger to purchase goods, or4.Mediating sexual services for the lodger.
