Regulations Governing Travel Agencies Article 28
If a registered branch of a foreign travel agency in the ROC needs to change its business representative, it should submit for approval the following documents to the Tourism Administration of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications:1.) A completed application form2.) A letter of authorization for the new business representative3.) Identity papers for the above representativeIf a foreign travel agency needs to change its business address, it should submit for approval the following documents to the Tourism Administration of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications:1.) A completed application form2.) The ownership certificate of the building where the business is located; in the case that the owner is not the responsible person of the business or a partner, the written consent of the owner shall be attached. The ownership certificate of the building can be substituted by the lease agreement signed between the business and the owner or other documents specifying that the building can be used for business registration or for business use.If the operator of a foreign travel agency branch in the ROC decides to close the branch, it should submit for approval the following documents to the Tourism Administration of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications:1.) A completed application form2.) Document of proof showing that the business representative has been relieved of his/her responsibilities.

外國旅行業設置辦事處後，代表人變更者，應備具下列文件向交通部觀光署申請核准：
一、申請書。
二、變更後之代表人授權書。
三、前款代表人身分證明文件。
外國旅行業辦事處所在地變更者，應備具下列文件向交通部觀光署申請核准：
一、申請書。
二、所在地之建物所有權狀，非所有權人者，應附具所有權人同意書；所有權人同意書得以租賃契約或其他建物同意使用證明文件影本代之。
外國旅行業設置辦事處後，無意繼續設置者，應備具下列文件向交通部觀光署申請廢止核准：
一、申請書。
二、解任代表人證明文件。
一、申請書。
二、變更後之代表人授權書。
三、前款代表人身分證明文件。
