Regulations Governing Travel Agencies Article 16
The training of travel agency managers shall be undertaken by the Tourism Administration or a related organization, institution, or school appointed thereby.The appointed organization or school in the preceding paragraph must meet one of the following qualifications:1.) It must be a tourism organization connected with the travel industry or travel agency managers, and has been either under mandate of the Tourism Administration, or within the preceding two years, has undertaken relevant training of persons pursuing employment in the travel industry on its own initiative.2.) It must be a school at tertiary level or above that has established a tourism related department, and has been either under mandate of the Tourism Administration, or within the preceding two years, has undertaken relevant training of persons pursuing employment in the travel industry on its own initiative.

旅行業經理人訓練由交通部觀光署或其委託之有關機關、團體、學校辦理。
前項之受委託團體、學校，應具下列資格之一：
一、須為旅行業或旅行業經理人相關之觀光團體，且曾接受交通部觀光署委託辦理或最近二年曾自行辦理旅行業從業人員相關訓練者。
二、須為設有觀光相關科系之大專以上學校，曾接受交通部觀光署委託辦理或最近二年曾自行辦理旅行業從業人員相關訓練者。
前項之受委託團體、學校，應具下列資格之一：
一、須為旅行業或旅行業經理人相關之觀光團體，且曾接受交通部觀光署委託辦理或最近二年曾自行辦理旅行業從業人員相關訓練者。
二、須為設有觀光相關科系之大專以上學校，曾接受交通部觀光署委託辦理或最近二年曾自行辦理旅行業從業人員相關訓練者。
