Regulations Governing the Management of Designated Scenic Areas Article 14
The following activities are prohibited in designated scenic areas unless prior approval or consent has been granted by the competent authority for related matters:1. Timber cutting2. Mining or excavating3. Catching fish or shellfish and removing coral or algae4. Collecting specimens5. Aquatic farming6. Pesticide use7. Burning for soil preparation8. Road laying9. Other unapproved activitiesFor activities stipulated above that involve the jurisdiction of the competent authority for the target industry, application for approval shall be submitted to that authority.The regulations in Paragraph 1 shall be publicly announced by the administrative agency in consultation with the competent authority for the target industry and other relevant agencies

風景特定區內非經該管主管機關許可或同意，不得有下列行為：
一、採伐竹木。
二、探採礦物或挖填土石。
三、捕採魚、貝、珊瑚、藻類。
四、採集標本。
五、水產養殖。
六、使用農藥。
七、引火整地。
八、開挖道路。
九、其他應經許可之事項。
前項規定另有目的事業主管機關者，並應向該目的事業主管機關申請核准。
第一項各款規定，應由管理機關會商目的事業主管機關及其他有關機關辦理公告。
