Regulations Governing Professional Guides and Foreign Language Tour Guides at Natural and Cultural Ecology Scenic Areas Article 15
In carrying out their duties, professional guides and foreign language tour guides shall abide by the following regulations:1. They shall not demand additional fees from visitors.2. They shall not peddle or buy products from visitors.3. They shall not lend their service certificate for use by another party.4. They shall not provide guide services in natural and cultural ecology scenic areas to visitors who have not applied and received approval for such services.5. They shall take immediate action to prevent visitors from unauthorized entry or other illegal actions.6. They shall immediately report environmental catastrophes and visitor accidents.7. They shall remind tourists to pay attention to travel safety at natural and cultural ecology scenic areas.For violations of the provisions in Item 3 to 7 of the previous paragraph and causing damage to tourists, the competent authority shall revoke its service credentials.For violations of the provisions in Article 13 and the provisions of the previous paragraph that are deemed as minor, a one point demerit shall be issued by the competent authority to the enterprise for each violation, calculated on an annual basis. If a guide business accumulates a total of three demerits in a year, the competent authority shall suspend the enterprise’s operations for one year.

專業導覽人員及外語觀光導覽人員執行工作，應遵守下列事項：
一、不得向旅客額外需索。
二、不得向旅客兜售或收購物品。
三、不得將服務證借供他人使用。
四、不得陪同未經申請核准之旅客進入自然人文生態景觀區內。
五、即時勸止擅闖旅客或其他違規行為。
六、即時通報環境災變及旅客意外事件。
七、提醒遊客注意自然人文生態景觀區內旅遊安全。
違反前項第三款至第七款規定導致旅客傷亡者，該管目的事業主管機關應廢止其服務證。
違反第十三條及前項各款規定情節輕微者，每違規一次，由該管目的事業主管機關記點一點，按年計算。
累計三點者，由該管目的事業主管機關停止其執行導覽業務一年。
