Regulations Governing Assistance to Private Groups and Profit-seeking Enterprises Engaging in International Tourism Publicity and Promotion Article 4
The Ministry of Transportation and Communications has appointed the Tourism Administration to provide assistance to private groups and profit-seeking enterprises engaging in international tourism publicity and promotion. Announcements regarding the items of appointment and legal basis shall be published in government bulletins or newspapers.In order to strengthen international tourism publicity and promotion, the Tourism Administration may provide free tourism publicity information to private groups and profit-seeking enterprises and notify its overseas offices or representatives in relevant areas to assist in promotional undertakings.

關於民間團體或營利事業辦理國際觀光宣傳及推廣事務之輔導，由交通部委任交通部觀光署（以下簡稱觀光署）執行之；其委任事項及法規依據公告應刊登於政府公報或新聞紙。
觀光署為加強國際觀光宣傳及推廣事務，對於民間團體或營利事業，得免費提供觀光宣傳資料，並通知有關地區之駐外辦事處或代表協辦推廣事務。
