Regulations Governing Assistance to Private Groups and Profit-seeking Enterprises Engaging in International Tourism Publicity and Promotion Article 3
The profit-seeking enterprises referred to in these Regulations are enterprises in the following tourism industries that have been approved by the relevant competent authority and obtained a business license or registration documents in accordance with law:1. Tourist hotel industry2. Hotel industry3. Travel industry4. Tourist entertainment industry5. Transportation industry6. Special product and handicraft industry7. Conference and exhibition industry

本辦法所稱之營利事業，指經有關主管機關核准立案並依法取得營業執照或登記證明文件之下列觀光產業：
一、觀光旅館業。

四、觀光遊樂業。
五、交通運輸業。
六、特有產品及手藝品業。
七、會議展覽產業。
