Regulations for the Management of Home Stay Facilities Article 25
The room rates for guest rooms in a home stay facility, as well as changes in those rates, are to be fixed by the operator and shall be reported to the local administrative authority.The actual charges for guest rooms shall not be higher than the rates fixed as mentioned in the preceding paragraph.
