Regulations Governing Water Recreation Activities Article 27-1
Before any person or entity engages in taking customers on events involving water recreation activities with floating equipment other than those listed in Section 1, 3 and 4, they shall register with the appropriate administrative authorities.Anyone who takes customers to engage in the aforementioned activities shall provide appropriate safety instructions regarding the activity to the tourists before commencing the activity.The specific content of such safety instructions shall be prescribed and publicly announced by the relevant administrative authority for the water recreation activity involved.

帶客從事第一節、第三節及第四節規定以外之其他浮具活動前，應向該管水域遊憩活動管理機關報備。
帶客從事前項活動前，應對遊客進行活動安全教育。
前項活動安全教育之內容，由水域遊憩活動管理機關訂定並公告之。
