Regulations Governing Water Recreation Activities Article 18
Those engaging in diving activity shall abide by the following provisions:1. Dive flag(s) shall be placed in the middle of the area of water where the diving activity is taking place, and the divers shall take surface marker buoys, lift bags, free-diving platform(s) and other buoyancy equipment to mark their diving positions.2. Those engaging in scuba diving or free diving activities shall be accompanied by a qualified person who holds diving certification issued by a domestic or foreign diving institution and who is familiar with the diving location and meets the requirements of the preceding article.

從事潛水活動者應遵守下列規定：
一、應於活動水域中設置潛水活動旗幟，並應攜帶潛水標位浮標或浮力袋、自潛浮台等其他浮力配備。
二、從事水肺潛水或自由潛水活動者，應有熟悉潛水區域且符合前條規定之人員陪同。
