Regulations on the Authorization of Forecast Service of Meteorological and Marine Meteorological Phenomena Article 7
A government agency, institution, organization, or individual shall inform the CWB of the suspension or resumption of the authorized forecast service thirty days ahead within the valid period of the permit. Duration of the preceding suspension shall not exceed six months and may be applied for extension one time only being justifiable.

機關、學校、團體或個人，於許可有效期間內，暫停或恢復其業務時，應於三十日前向中央氣象局報備。
