Meteorological Act Article 11
Domestic and foreign aircraft flying over the Taipei Flight Information Region shall comply with the ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization) Standards, Recommended Practices and Procedures to submit meteorological information obtained during the flight to the Civil Aeronautics Administration (hereinafter referred to as CAA) of the MOTC.Upon receiving the preceding information, the CAA shall forward to the CWA immediately.

飛經臺北飛航情報區之國內外民用航空器，應按國際民航標準程序及交通部規定，向交通部民用航空局提供其飛行途中之氣象觀測資料。
交通部民用航空局取得前項資料後，應立即傳送中央氣象局。
