Regulations Governing the Operation and Management of Airport Zone Enterprises Article 7
In the event that the application documents submitted by an Airport Zone enterprise is found to contain false or incorrect statement, or to have obtained an operation permit by any other improper means, the Airport Corporation shall submit the nullification of its permission to the Ministry of Transportation and Communications .
