Regulations Governing the Operation and Management of Airport Zone Enterprises Article 6
In the event that an Airport Zone Enterprise changes of business activities shall present all relevant documents to the Airport Corporation to obtain permission from Ministry of Transportation and Communications.In the event that an Airport Zone enterprise changes its organization, corporate name or any other registered particulars, it shall, within 30 days after completing the company amendment registration, report the same to the Airport Corporation for its file and recordation.

機場專用區事業變更經營業務，應檢附相關文件，申請機場公司核轉交通部核准。
機場專用區事業變更組織、名稱或其他依法登記事項，應依法向有關機關辦妥變更登記後三十日內，報請機場公司備查。
