Regulations of Drone Article 26
Pilot shall evaluate the following circumstances before the Drone flight operations: 1. Environment of the operation area, including weather condition, airspace, flight limitations and other hazardous factors in the air or on the ground; 2. General operation, emergency procedures and regulations of Drone; 3. Communication and command/control signals between the remote control equipment and the Drone in good working condition; 4. Carrying sufficient fuel or power in the battery, and having considered the weather condition in the forecast, expected delay and other circumstances under which the landing of the Drone may be delayed.

操作人從事遙控無人機飛航活動前，應考量下列情形：
一、操作區域環境，包括氣象條件、空域、飛航限制及其他空中或地面之危害因素。
二、遙控無人機一般操作、緊急程序及規定。
三、遙控設備與遙控無人機間之通訊及控制信號鏈路情況良好。
四、攜帶足夠之燃油或電池容量，並經考慮氣象預報狀況、預期之延誤及其他可能延誤遙控無人機降落之情形。

二、遙控無人機一般操作、緊急程序及規定。
