Aircraft Flight Operation Regulations Article 36-2

Duty rosters should cover a period of at least 14 days; duty and rest periods shall be identified.The crew member should be adequately rested prior the commencement of his/her flight duty; the operator should not require a crew member to perform flight duty if it is known or suspected that the crew member is fatigued to the extent that the safety of flight may be adversely affected.The operator shall acknowledge that where the crew member is fatigued to the extent that the safety of flight may be adversely affected as stated in the preceding paragraph may not carry out flight duty.
