Aircraft Flight Operation Regulations Article 285-21
An operator shall establish and maintain a ground and flight training programme approved by CAA, which ensures that all flight crew members are adequately trained to perform their assigned duties.The training programmes in the preceding paragraph shall include skills related to human performance.
