Aircraft Flight Operation Regulations Article 222
Helicopter flights conducted in accordance with visual flight rules (VFR) shall carry a sufficient amount of fuel to allow the helicopter:1. To fly to the heliport of which the flight is planned and thereafter to fly for a period of 20 minutes at best-range speed;2. Contingency fuel.

直昇機依目視飛航規則飛航者，應依下列規定攜帶油量：
一、除應攜帶飛抵操作飛航計畫中之目的地機場油量外，應再攜帶最佳航程空速下飛行二十分鐘所需之油量。
二、應變油量。
