Aircraft Flight Operation Regulations Article 221-1
Airplane flight in accordance with the visual flight rules shall carry a sufficient amount of fuel in compliance with the following requirements:1. When the flight is conducted in accordance with day VFR, flight to the aerodrome of intended landing, and after that, have a final reserve fuel for at least 30 at normal cruising altitude; or2. When the flight is conducted in accordance with night VFR, flight to the aerodrome of intended landing, and thereafter have a final reserve fuel for at least 45 at normal cruising altitude.

飛機依目視飛航規則飛航者，應依下列規定攜帶油量：
一、日間飛航者，除應攜帶飛抵操作飛航計畫中之目的地機場油量外，應再攜帶三十分鐘正常巡航油量。
二、夜間飛航者，除應攜帶飛抵操作飛航計畫中之目的地機場油量外，應再攜帶四十五分鐘正常巡航油量。
一、日間飛航者，除應攜帶飛抵操作飛航計畫中之目的地機場油量外，應再攜帶三十分鐘正常巡航油量。
二、夜間飛航者，除應攜帶飛抵操作飛航計畫中之目的地機場油量外，應再攜帶四十五分鐘正常巡航油量。
