Aircraft Flight Operation Regulations Article 208
The pilot-in-command (PIC) shall ensure that crew members and passengers are familiar by means of a printed illustration or to the location and the use of:1. Seat belts.2. Emergency exits.3. Life jackets.4. Oxygen equipment.5. Other emergency equipment for individual use.

航空器使用人應確保機長於航空器起飛前確使組員及乘員知悉下列裝備之位置及使用方法，並提供書面使用說明：

三、救生背心。

五、供乘員個別及共同使用之其他緊急裝備。
