Aircraft Flight Operation Regulations Article 164
An operator shall not assign a pilot to act in the capacity of cruise relief pilot in a type or variant of a type of aircraft unless, within the preceding 90 days that pilot has either:1. Operated as a pilot-in-command (PIC), co-pilot or cruise relief pilot on the same type of aircraft; or2. Carried out recurrent training including normal, abnormal and emergency procedures specific to cruise flight on the same type of aircraft or in a full flight simulator approved for the purpose by CAA, and has practiced approach and landing procedures, where the approach and landing procedure practice may be performed as the pilot monitor.

航空器使用人不得派遣駕駛員擔任巡航駕駛員。
但駕駛員於最近九十日內，曾擔任下列職務之一者，不在此限：
一、在其檢定機型之同型航空器擔任機長、副駕駛員或巡航駕駛員。
二、在其檢定機型之同型航空器或民航局核准之飛行模擬機實施複訓，包括針對巡航中之正常、不正常與緊急程序及執行進場與降落程序；於執行進場與降落程序時，得為監控駕駛員。
但駕駛員於最近九十日內，曾擔任下列職務之一者，不在此限：
一、在其檢定機型之同型航空器擔任機長、副駕駛員或巡航駕駛員。
二、在其檢定機型之同型航空器或民航局核准之飛行模擬機實施複訓，包括針對巡航中之正常、不正常與緊急程序及執行進場與降落程序；於執行進場與降落程序時，得為監控駕駛員。
