Aircraft Flight Operation Regulations Article 151
An operator shall comply with the following airworthiness requirements:1. An operator of large aircraft shall monitor and assess maintenance and operational experience with respect to continuous airworthiness and establish a reliability control programme approved by CAA. Such information as prescribed in the programme shall report through the system specified by CAA; and2. An operator of large aircraft shall obtain and assess continuous airworthiness information and recommendations available from the organization responsible for the type design and shall implement resulting action considered necessary in accordance with CAA accepted procedures.

航空器使用人應遵守下列持續適航規定：
一、大型航空器使用人應訂定可靠性管制計畫，以監控及評鑑其航空器持續適航維護與操作經驗，報請民航局核准後實施。
並於實施後依民航局之規定提報資料。
二、依該型航空器型別檢定持有人獲取持續適航資料及建議，並依民航局備查之程序，採取必要之措施。
