Regulations for the Delegation of Certification of Aviation Products, Appliances and Parts Article 9
While encountering serious or unsolvable problems during conducting the certification functions, Delegated Organizations and Designated Representatives shall report to CAA at once.After any certification process has been completed, the Delegated Organizations and Designated Representatives shall submit a certification report to CAA.
