Regulations Governing the Certification for Aviation Products, Appliances and Parts Article 72
Certificates issued pursuant to these regulations are valid until the expiration date shown on the certificate.If a certificate issued pursuant to these regulations is lost, destroyed or damaged, the holder shall reapply in writing for a certificate replacement or re-issuance.The holder of a Type Certificate or Type Validation Certificate requiring name change must apply to the CAA for certificate replacement.

依本規則發給之證書，除另訂有效期限外，為永久有效。
依本規則發給之證書遺失、滅失或毀損時，持有人應敘明理由，向民航局申請補發或換發。
