Regulations Governing the Certification for Aviation Products, Appliances and Parts Article 59
After receiving the application and other documents required by Article 58 of this section to substantiate compliance with this chapter, and after a determination has been made of its ability to produce duplicate articles under the quality system complying with Article 29, the CAA issues a TSO authorization (including all TSO deviations granted) to the applicant to identify the article with the applicable TSO marking.A Technical Standard Order Authorization is not transferable.

技術標準件核准書申請人之佐證資料，經民航局完成設計、檢驗及試驗之審查，確認該設計符合相關技術標準規定，且申請人已建立並維持符合第二十九條規定之品質系統後，發給技術標準件核准書。
其設計部分偏離技術標準規定者，並應於技術標準件核准書註明之。
前項技術標準件核准書不得轉讓。
