Regulations of Airworthiness and Maintenance Management for Aviation Products, Appliances and Parts Article 23
Inspections of aircraft should follow the following procedure:1. Aircraft should be clean and unloaded, screw loose all inspection bulkheads and covers.2. Complete all maintenance, preventive maintenance and history records and work reports.3. For certifying airworthiness, the CAA may consider it necessary to demand a function check flight. The report and record of such flight should be forwarded to the CAA.

航空器應依下列規定接受檢查：
一、在清潔及無裝載情況下，視需要將供檢查之孔門及蓋板拆開。
二、備齊各種維修、預防性維修之經歷紀錄及工作報告。
三、接受適航檢定之航空器，民航局得視需要要求試飛，並將試飛結果及紀錄送民航局。
