Regulations of Compensation For Damage Caused to Air Passengers & Freight Article 4
The aircraft operator or consignor shall follow the compensation standards below for damage to freight or luggage carried aboard：1) Freight and registered luggage：to be calculated by actual damage, but not exceeding NT$1,000 per kilogram.2) Carry-on baggage：to be calculated by actual damage, but not exceeding NT$20,000 per passenger.
中文原文 航空客貨損害賠償辦法第4條
航空器使用人或運送人對於載運貨物或行李之損害賠償，其賠償額依下列標準：
一、貨物及登記行李：按實際損害計算。
但每公斤最高不得超過新台幣一千元。
二、隨身行李：按實際損害計算。
但每一乘客最高不得超過新台幣二萬元。
