Regulations Governing Licences and Ratings for Airmen Article 98
Holders of categories B1, B2, B3 and C aircraft maintenance engineer license may apply the appropriate aircraft type group ratings, unless the CAA has determined that the complexity of the aircraft requires an individual type rating.Applicants of group ratings pursuant to the above paragraph shall have practical maintenance experience required to the applied type group aircrafts.

持有B1類、B2類、B3類及C類檢定證者，除民航局認定該航空器有複雜度需申請單獨之航空器型別項目外，得依航空器型別群組申請。
