Rules of the Air Article 41
The flight crew shall read back to the air traffic controller safety-related parts of ATC clearances and instructions which are transmitted by voice. The following items shall always be read back:1. ATC route clearances.2. clearances and instructions to enter, land on, take off on, hold short of, cross and backtrack on any runway.3. runway-in-use, altimeter settings, SSR codes, level instructions, heading and speed instructions and, whether issued by the controller or contained in ATIS broadcasts, transition levels.Other clearances or instructions, including conditional clearances, shall be read back or acknowledged in manner to clearly indicate that they have been understood and will be complied with.Unless specified by the appropriate ATS authority, voice read-back of CPDLC messages shall not be required.

駕駛員應覆誦下列各項管制員經語音發送與安全有關之航管許可及指示：
一、航路許可。
二、進入跑道、起飛、降落、跑道外等待、穿越跑道或於跑道上反向滑行之許可及指示。
三、使用跑道、高度表撥定值、次級雷達電碼、高度指示、航向與空速指示及由管制員發出或包含於終端資料自動廣播服務中之轉換空層資料。
駕駛員對其他之航管許可或指示，包括有條件許可，應覆誦或明確表示知悉且遵守。
駕駛員不得用語音方式覆誦管制員及駕駛員資料鏈結通信之訊息，但經適當飛航服務主管機關許可者不在此限。
