Civil Aviation Act Article 43-1
Any gun, cannon, knife referred to in the Act Governing the Control and Prohibition of Gun, Cannon, Ammunition, and Knife, and any other suspicious articles hazardous to flight safety shall not be carried on board an aircraft except the specially authorized firearms according to the demand of the special mission approved by the Aviation Police Office and agreed by the operator.CAA shall publish the names of suspicious articles hazardous to flight safety referred to in the preceding paragraph.

槍砲彈藥刀械管制條例所定槍砲、刀械或其他有影響飛航安全之虞之物品，不得攜帶進入航空器。
但因特殊任務需要，經航空警察局核准，並經航空器使用人同意之槍砲，不在此限。
前項其他有影響飛航安全之虞之物品名稱，由民航局公告之。
