Civil Aviation Act Article 35
In an effort to control the noise problem at a civil airport, the CAA shall collaborate with the Environmental Protection Administration Executive Yuan in the determination of a noise abatement program.Amongst airports referred to in the preceding paragraph, the noise abatement task of a state-operated airport shall be conducted by the CAA. The CAA may entrust the municipality or local county (city) government to conduct the task. For a non state-operated airport, the noise abatement task shall be conducted by its operator.

航空站噪音防制工作，由民航局會同行政院環境保護署共同訂定噪音防制工作計畫。
前項航空站，屬於國營者，其噪音防制工作，由民航局辦理，並得由民航局委辦當地直轄市、縣（市）政府辦理；非屬國營之航空站，其噪音防制工作，由經營人辦理。
