Civil Aviation Act Article 110-2
Any person entering an aircraft without authorization shall be subject to imprisonment up to one year, detention or a fine of up to NT$50,000.Any person lurking in an aircraft without any reason or insisting on board with compelling for his/her disembarkation shall be subject to the penalty stated in the preceding paragraph.
