When one of the following conditions is met, a fine ranging from NT$100,000 toNT$500,000 can be issued by the Maritime and Port Bureau or the designated agencies:1. Violation of Article 182. Violation of Article 19, Paragraph 1 or 23. Violation of Article 224. Violation of Article 235. Violation of Article 26, Paragraph 16. Violation of Article 277. Violation of Article 288. Violation of Article 299. Violation of Article 3010. Violation of Article 3111. Violation of Article 3212. Violation of Article 3313. Violation of Article 53, Paragraph 1

有下列情形之一者，由航港局或指定機關處船舶所有人或船長新臺幣十萬元以上五十萬元以下罰鍰：
一、違反第十八條規定。
二、違反第十九條第一項或第二項規定。
三、違反第二十二條規定。
四、違反第二十三條規定。
五、違反第二十六條第一項規定。
六、違反第二十七條規定。
七、違反第二十八條規定。
八、違反第二十九條規定。
九、違反第三十條規定。
十、違反第三十一條規定。
十一、違反第三十二條規定。
十二、違反第三十三條規定。
十三、違反第五十三條第一項規定。
