The Commercial Port Law Article 56
The starting and ending date of the salvaging of sunken ships, materials, and shipbreaking operations should be reported in written form to the Maritime and Port Bureau before the actual day or second day the operation starts.After the operations of the preceding paragraph has been completed, the applicant should consult with Maritime and Port Bureau, relevant authorities, businesses, or groups to approve completion.

打撈沉船或物資及為船舶解體等相關作業，應於作業前或開始作業日之次日，以書面通知航港局作業之起迄日期。
前項作業完成後，由申請人報請航港局會商相關機關、事業或團體核定完工。
