Age requirements for yacht and powerboat masters are as follows:1. Yacht and private powerboat masters: 18 years of age.2. Business powerboat masters: 18 years of age but less than 65 years of age; however, those meeting the physical examination standards and having no punishment for any violation of navigation safety over the past year, may continue driving business powerboats until 68 years of age.3. Yacht and powerboat assistants: 16 years of age.4. Second-class yacht and private powerboat learners: 18 years of age.

遊艇與動力小船駕駛之年齡應符合下列規定：
一、遊艇駕駛、自用動力小船駕駛：滿十八歲。
二、營業用動力小船駕駛：滿十八歲，未滿六十五歲。
但合於體格檢查標準且於最近一年內未有違反航行安全而受處分紀錄者，得延長至年滿六十八歲止。
三、遊艇與動力小船助手：滿十六歲。
四、二等遊艇駕駛與自用動力小船學習駕駛：滿十八歲。
