The specifications of second-class yachts or powerboats used for the licensing examination are as follows:1. Private powerboat: The total length shall be 5 meters or more.2. Yacht and business powerboat: The total length shall be 10 meters or more.The boats used for the licensing examination referred to in the preceding paragraph may be prepared by examinees.
