Regulations for Managing Skippers of Yachts and Power-Driven Small Ships Article 25
When yacht or powerboat driving training institutions fail the annual evaluation performed in accordance with Article 24, they shall improve within the given time and apply for a review. If they still fail the review, their license will be abolished.Yacht or powerboat driving training institutions shall not recruit trainees before the improvement made within the give time referred to in the preceding paragraph is reviewed and approved.

依據前條辦理遊艇或動力小船駕駛訓練機構之年度評鑑不合格者，限期改善並報請複評，經二次複評不合格者，廢止其辦理遊艇或動力小船訓練之資格。
