Regulations for Managing Skippers of Yachts and Power-Driven Small Ships Article 21

If yacht or powerboat driving training institutions are not established within 6 months after the application for establishment is approved due to non-attributable special circumstances, they may apply to the maritime agency and the authority in charge for an extension of 6 months, 1 month prior to the expiration of the time limit; if the yacht or powerboat driving training institutions still fail to be established within the given extension, their license for establishment will be abolished.
