Yacht or powerboat driving training institutions licensed by the authority in charge shall, five days before the start of the class, report the plan specifying dates and courses of training, training materials, instructors, training facilities, the license issued by the water authority in charge of the training waters, training sites, and includes training tuition in cost analysis to the maritime agency for review.If the training sites referred to in the preceding paragraph are leased, the lease contracts shall be provided.Training institutions shall issue the certificate of completion to trainees who complete the training course and pass the examination and report to the maritime agency for review.
