The list of training facilities referred to in Subparagraph 6, Paragraph 3, Article 15 includes training boats, classrooms, tables and chairs, flipcharts, models, books, videos, and multimedia training facilities.The specifications of the training boats referred to in the preceding paragraph are as follows:1. Private powerboat: The total length shall be 5 meters or more.2. Business powerboat and yacht: The total length shall be 10 meters or more.
