The Ship Registration Law Article 11
For any application for registration, the following documents shall be required:1. Application form;2. Documents evidencing the cause of registration;3. Registration of Certificate of former registration, if any; 4. Documentary proof, if the cause of registration involves any third person; and5. Documentary proof of registration as to the right of the obligor.The documents enumerated in Item 4 and 5 of the previous paragraph may be exempted if the causes of registration appearing in such documents are court decisions with the power of enforcement.

申請登記應附送左列文件：
一、申請書。
二、證明登記原因之文件。
三、曾經登記者，其登記證書。
四、登記原因與第三人有關係者，其證明文件。
五、登記義務人之權利登記證明文件。
證明登記原因之文件，如係有執行力之判決時，無須提出前項第四款及第五款之文件。
