The term "Recertification test" as used in these Measures refers to the revalidation test of the crew's certificate of competency handled by the navigation authority or the commissioned domestic crew training institution.The preceding test may be conducted in written, oral, using a simulated facility, or other appropriate measures.The training institution handles the preceding work, and its operation plan is submitted to the shipping authority for approval.The first test is qualified if all subjects have a score of 60%, and the certificate is issued by the handling authority or agency. The validity period is one year, counting from the date of issuance.

本辦法所稱換證測驗，係指由航政機關或委託國內船員訓練機構所辦理之船員適任證書重新生效測驗。
前項測驗得採書面、口頭、使用模擬設施或其他適當之措施等方式。
訓練機構辦理前項作業，其作業計畫經報請航政機關核可後實施。
第一項測驗以各科成績均滿六十分為合格，並由辦理機關或機構核發測驗合格證明，其有效期限為一年，自簽發日起算。
前項測驗得採書面、口頭、使用模擬設施或其他適當之措施等方式。
訓練機構辦理前項作業，其作業計畫經報請航政機關核可後實施。
