Rules Governing Seafarer Professional Training Organizations Article 8
When applying for the issuance (renewal or reissuance) of a certificate of conformity for professional training, trainees shall pay NT$100 each for the certificate fee and the review fee to the shipping administration authority.The shipping administration authority may commission professional organizations to review the qualifications for the issuance (renewal or reissuance) of a certificate of conformity and issue the certificate of conformity referred to in the preceding paragraph.

參訓學員申請專業訓練合格證書之核（換、補）發，應向航政機關繳交每張證書費及審查費各新臺幣一百元。
