The Seafarer Act Article 84-8
If a seafarer professional training organization evades, impedes or avoids the supervision conducted by the shipping administration authority under Paragraph 2 of Article 10-1 or if the examination result reveals any defect, the organization shall be requested to make necessary rectification in a given period of time and cease all or any of the training programs to be launched.If the organization requested to make necessary rectification in the given period of time in accordance with the preceding paragraph fails to do so or does not cease the training programs as requested, the training business of the organization shall be suspended for one year.The period provided in the first paragraph for the cease of training programs shall be limited to six months.

船員訓練專業機構有規避、妨礙或拒絕航政機關依第十條之一第二項所為之督導或經檢查結果發現有缺失者，應令其限期改善，並得停止開班之全部或一部。
經依前項規定限期改善，屆期未改善，或未遵行前項停止開班之處分者，停止其辦理訓練一年。
第一項所定停止開班期間，以六個月為限。
