Seafarer's Service Regulations Article 77
All vessels shall prepare a seafarer roster to record all of the seafarers’ responsibilities, names, dates of birth, dates of embarkation, passport numbers, and validity periods; said roster shall be signed and held by the master. If any change occurs to the aforementioned items, the roster shall be amended accordingly.

船上應備船員名冊，記載全船船員之職務、姓名、出生年月日、上船日期、護照號碼及其有效期間等事項，由船長簽章並負責保管。
