Seafarer's Service Regulations Article 74-4
With regard to students receiving short-term onboard teaching and training mentioned in the previous Article, the employer shall determine its own business needs to sign a fixed-term seafarer employment contract with students pursuant to subparagraph 2 of paragraph 1 of Article 74.
