Act for the Establishment and Management of Free trade zones Article 2
The establishment and management of a free trade zone shall be governed by the provisions set forth in this Act; matters not provided for in this Act shall be governed by other relevant acts and regulations provided, however, that if the relevant provisions of other acts and regulations are more favorable than those set forth in this Act, the most favorable provisions shall prevail.However, the provision set forth in preceding paragraph is not applicable for Chapter 7 of this Act.

自由貿易港區（以下簡稱自由港區）之設置及管理，依本條例之規定；本條例未規定者，適用其他有關法律之規定。
但其他法律之規定，較本條例更有利者，適用最有利之法律。
