Simple Life Insurance Act Article 8
The insurance contract may be executed by the insured or a third party.A contract shall be deemed null and void in the event that it is executed by a third party without written consent from the insured that specifies the insured amount.The insured may, at any time, notify the insurer and the applicant in writing to rescind consent made in accordance with the preceding paragraph.In the event that the insured rescinds consent by exercising the right granted in the preceding paragraph, it shall be deemed that the applicant has terminated the insurance contract.

保險契約得由本人或第三人訂立之。
由第三人訂立之保險契約，未經被保險人書面同意，並約定保險金額者，其契約無效。
被保險人依前項所為之同意，得隨時以書面通知保險人及要保人撤銷之。
被保險人依前項規定行使其撤銷權者，視為要保人終止保險契約。
